Vanad Interactions
People are at the heart of our business activities. Our employees, our customers, and our customers' customers are important to us. In line with this, we also take care of the personal data that is processed.
Data protection is an essential area of focus in the conduct of our business activities. The protection of individual rights and compliance with privacy legislation are an integral part of this.
Knowledge of data protection requirements and compliance with laws and regulations increasingly offers a competitive advantage and sets us apart in the market.
Personal data will only be processed if the legitimate basis for processing has been established. Principles regarding the protection of personal data, such as data minimization and transparency, are important objectives for our data processing. The technical and organizational measures required for the protection of personal data are in line with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Privacy legislation and the interests of data subjects require that the confidentiality of personal data be guaranteed. The IT systems in which personal data is processed (such as our Websites, human resource systems, CRM systems) have an appropriate level of security to protect confidentiality.
Our employees and management are aware of their responsibility in the secure handling of personal data and support the privacy policy of Vanad Interactions B.V. to the best of their knowledge and ability.
What does this Privacy Statement apply to?
The Privacy Statement concerns the processing of data that can be traced back to a natural person ("Personal Data" as defined in the GDPR privacy legislation) that we collect when you visit our Website or use our Services. We use this Personal Data internally in relation to our Website and Services for the following purposes:

By voluntarily providing your Personal Data, you consent to the processing and use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
When you provide Personal Data via a Website of one of the VANAD Group companies, this data will not be passed on to another company within the VANAD Group, unless there is a legitimate interest in doing so or you have given your consent.
In certain situations, Vanad Interactions may provide Personal Data to a business partner. This will only take place to a business partner that provides services on behalf of and in the name of Vanad Interactions, and on the condition that the business partner does not use this Personal Data for other purposes.
In rare situations, such as in a lawsuit or court order, Vanad Interactions may be required to provide certain information to an authority. In that case, Vanad Interactions will verify in advance whether the authority in question has a legitimate basis for this and will only provide the specified information.
What Personal Data is processed?
We receive and process the information you provide to us. This includes data such as your name, title, position, email address, postal address, telephone number, mobile number, fax number, and details about your company/organization.
When you visit our Website and click on web pages, aggregated data is collected about, among other things, the path followed through the website. Click streaming is a technology for tracking the website pages that a user visits. Vanad Interactions collects this type of information from visitors to the Vanad Interactions Websites.
We do not intend to collect Special Personal Data (e.g., data concerning race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs) from visitors to our Website. If this situation should arise, we will ask for your explicit consent to collect and use such data.
Personal data collected through our Websites is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) or another location covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision.
Data retention
Vanad Interactions limits the use of Personal Data to the purposes stated in this statement and to the purposes for which you have given your implicit or explicit consent. In accordance with the applicable policy, Personal Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.
The data you provide in connection with a job application will be deleted no later than four weeks after the end of the application process. If you, as an applicant, have given your informed consent for longer storage, the data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Protection of Personal Data
Appropriate and commercially reasonable security measures have been taken to protect the Personal Data we collect from data loss, unauthorized access and/or alteration, misuse, and destruction, taking into account the risks of data processing and the nature of the data.
Unauthorized access or use, IT malfunctions, and other factors can compromise the security of personal data. In addition to the security measures we have taken, we also advise our users to act securely themselves and to observe the necessary security measures (e.g., secure password and Internet use). Unfortunately, despite the security measures, no 100% guarantee can be given for the security of data transmission over the Internet. As a result, the provision of your Personal Data to us is at your own risk.

We respond to all questions, requests, and/or complaints regarding the handling of your personal data. Each complaint is confirmed, registered, and analyzed, and the result is shared with the complainant.
